Rhicharr is located near the top of Mount Diablo, and is in charge of terrifying lightning and thunder storms. Due to the fumblings of the demons in charge, this site rarely produces more than mineral heavy water. The latest in the long list of bad decisions was the late sixties "Hogan's Heroes" rennovation of the site. Still, nestled in the poison oak, on a mountain named in the devil's honor, Satan does sometimes visit to relax and blight the local rodents with bubonic plague.
When Rhicharr first breached the surface, Hell's quicksilver flowed from this fissure to poison the land for miles around.
