Well known to the demons that haunt San Francisco, Cfisiao is the innocuous street entrance to a vital underworld wellspring. In the pit below this opening there is a tunnel, chipped from the rocky earth centuries ago by the demon Ghepff in his successful escape from indian holy men.
Unholy water drips at all points. The floor is sloped toward a trough in the center that collects the scarce liquid, and directs its flow out. These fluidic drips from the underworld are then delivered around the city by demons disguised as humans for a small charge. Due to bureaucratic purchasing practices, they can be recognized by all their shirts having the nametag "Mitch." This "supply line" is part of how underworld spies manage to survive among us to complete longer term projects.
